Key Club travelling to Dollywood

Tomorrow, the Key Club is going on a field trip to Dollywood. About twenty students are leaving at 7 a.m. for this field trip. You get to participate in this field trip if you participate in enough Key Club events. Key Club mainly does charity work. At the end of the year, students get rewarded with a trip.  If you did not join this year, make sure you join next year.

I am attending the field trip to Dollywood tomorrow. Personally I am extremely exited. The last time I went, I did not get to enjoy much of the park. Tomorrow, I know that will change.

There are so many ways to enjoy Dollywood. You can start off your day slowly warming up to the best rides. Starting off, you can ride the Thunderhead, known as the world's fastest wooden roller coaster. Do not worry though, you will not flip upside down or anything fancy. Then you can ride the Mystery Mine. The Mystery Mine is a slow ride, but at least you get to go upside down. To finish off your warm up, you can ride the Tennessee Tornado. The Tennessee Tornado loops you around three times completing your warm up of a ride that has a more speed than most, going upside down, and going through loops.

Now you are ready for the Wild Eagle! The Wild Eagle is probably the most thrilling ride in Dollywood. This is a wing ride, so you will not get the comfort of feeling a platform with your feet anymore. The Wild Eagle puts you at a speed of 61 miles per hour, and gives you a nearly uncountable amount of loops, spins, twists, and upside down thrills.

To get your heart rate back down to normal after riding the thrilling Wild Eagle, you can now ride the Dollywood's new attraction, the Firechaser Express. This new ride gives you a couple loops, turns you sideways, and even launches you backwards. If this is not enough to calm you down, then ride the Blazing Fury, which is mini roller coaster ride through a dark enclosure.

Not much of a roller coaster fan? Finished all the roller coasters? That is no big deal becasue there is so much more you can do at Dollywood. You can ride the Barnstormer. The Barnstormer puts you up very high, drops you down pretty fast, and repeats a couple times. You can also ride River Battle. This is one of my favorite rides; you get to go in this boat that was water guns on it. You shoot other people with the water, or little targets. River Battle is a fun way to get soaked if the heat is too much for you to handle.

There are many more ways to enjoy Dollywood, but those are the ones that I enjoy the most. Hopefully some of you who read this now have an interest to join Key Club. If not then I hope this inspired you to go to Dollywood.

Here are some video's that will show you what it looks like to ride these rides.
